General Job Description:
This position is responsible for the support and/or design and implementation of company-wide HR policies, plans and programs in support of the company’s strategic plans. The incumbent will provide HR support services including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent/performance management, learning and development and regulatory compliance initiates and efforts for the employees. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must act with professionalism, integrity, discretion, urgency and be responsive to client needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, including complex and/or sensitive matters.
- Conducts full-cycle recruitment.
- Facilitates succession planning with an eye to knowledge retention, continuity.
- Collaborate strategically with leadership on direction/growth of the company.
- Provides training to new managers on tactical HR-related processes and procedures.
- Oversees compliance efforts including mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, etc.
- Develop and/or refine policies and procedures as needed.
- Provides communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart,
- Performs routine tasks required for human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

s and maintain s organized employee files and HR records. - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
