Our client in the food industry is looking for a senior professional to handle compliance, employee and client issues as they arise, and to proactively plan so that issues do not arise. This person should have experience working in multi-state situations where they were responsible for keeping companies compliant throughout their courses of business. Being assertive and clear, and able to effectively deal with attorneys and leadership will be necessary. It will also be necessary to be a resourceful problem solver as the person in this position will deal with a large variety of customer complaints that need to be handled effectively so as to not lead to litigation.
