Our client is seeking a Contract HR Generalist. We are looking for someone to handle the day to day tactical HR. enhance HR policies and procedures, employment processing, employee safety and welfare, employee benefits, employee wellness and health, records management, and employee relations. Duties include but aren’t limited to,

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting Executive Management with business objectives and delivering core HR services
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s Human Resources by planning and implementing necessary programs/systems to effect consistent human resource policies and practices
  • Assess and anticipate HR related needs
  • Serve as the project manager for major HR initiatives
  • Partner with HR team to define realistic and meaningful requirements
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ability to ensure all eligible staff are fully covered by group benefits by keeping all enrollments and records of insurance current; evaluating coverage; publicizing all opportunities for coverage at initial hire date and throughout employment

Job Requirements

  • 3 or more years of HR Generalist and recruitment experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, related field or equivalent related work experience
